Refund policy

Softora Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return your Softora IPL device within 30 Days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Return:

  • You have 30 Days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition,
  • The device must not be damaged in any way.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened products
  • Damaged products (scratches, marks, signs of use)
  • Products returned after 30 days

Refund Process:

  1. Contact our customer support at [support@softoraco.com] within 30 days to request a return.
  2. Once approved, ship the unused product back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
  3. After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note: We do not offer refunds on shipping fees for the original order.
